RNZ is looking for a Casual Digital Content Producer to join our Lifestyle & Entertainment team.
You'll help create and publish engaging digital content across arts, music, entertainment, culture and lifestyle, helping showcase RNZ's journalism to audiences across our digital platforms.
This casual role supports the Lifestyle & Entertainment team during leave, peak workload periods and special projects.
Shifts are expected to fall on Fridays and Saturdays, so availability on these days is essential. Additional shifts may be available from time to time.
Ōu Pūkenga- About You
- Experience writing, editing or producing content for digital platforms.
- Experience covering lifestyle, entertainment, arts, music or culture.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong editorial judgement and news sense.
- Experience using content management systems and social media platforms.
- An eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
We're also keen on these skills:
- Video, graphic design or data visualisation skills
- Homepage production, newsletter or audience engagement experience.
- Experience using analytics tools to guide content decisions.
